If you open your plant from the plants menu in the top bar you will see the virgin Digital Twin of your plant in the map as shown below. The yellow numbers 1-4 are explained below:

  1. The drone symbol lets you select the campaign you want to display. Click on it and select the fault categories to display.

  2. Select which image data you want to see: visible camera (RGB) or thermal infrared camera (IR). Soiling displays the soiling map if that is part of your package.

  3. Enables the level of detail tracker, module or both.

  4. Opens the menu that is explained below.

If you did all the above, you should see the next screen, with thermal images of the modules shown in the map.

The analysis list and performance indicator selection panels (1) are open. You can close each by clicking the x in their top right corner. A legend appeared (2) showing the color code for the different defect type markers in the map.

In the “Map settings” window (3), the default settings should be fine. But you have various options:

  • “Multiple selection”: show more than one parameter in the map

  • “Show ‚Could not be measured‘ ”: mark the modules that could not be analyzed

  • “PCS”: show plant nomenclature over map

  • “Satellite view”: show background map from google

  • “enable results modification”: check if you want to edit parameters

  • “mirror blinking”: when enabled, hovering over a component in table view will highlight that component in the map

If you click on a module on the map, a pop-up window for that module (1) will appear. There you can see:

  • the detected fault types and additional information on that error (2)

  • on the image symbol (3) display RGB or IR cropped images of that module or the original size drone image where the module appears (“raw IR”)

  • view and add own observations (4). These include comments, fotos and files. You can define your own parameters and settings. Predefined parameters and punchlists can be set individually for each of your plants

Mich würde nur noch interessieren: wie funktioniert das mit den Punch lists? Und wie werden diese dann dargestellt?

Für was steht die Abkürzung SN, die in dieser Auflistung mit den ausländischen Zeilen auch erscheint?

Was passiert, wenn ich urgent to Repair aktiviere? Erhalte ich dann eine extra Liste dazu, die ich abhaken kann? Oder wer erhält diese Info?
